  • Reasonable, thorough and accommodating. I thought I had shown him the spots where there might be a problem source, but he looked in a lot more spots. For example, he pulled out my stove and sure enough there was a tiny opening and evidence of mice. He placed small boxes that would catch any that still got in. He had a special key to unlock them, as they were pet and child safe; he returned in 3 days to check the boxes. In the interim, I had discovered 2 more areas with droppings, one being upstairs! So he plugged another point of entry. And he will be back again in 3 days to check again. He will come whenever needed in the first 30 days. I had another bid that included a 1 year contract for $1200!!! This guy was a fifth of the other plan. Both of them did thorough exams of the property, k side and out.
